Give every request a home
Record the client request, the deliverable and its owner in one project. Write down what a successful delivery means before production begins. This makes reviews easier and prevents assumptions from turning into extra work.
Plan the review
A production deadline needs room for feedback. Add a review step with a named reviewer and a clear decision date. Keep approval notes beside the task so the team can find them later.
Make handoffs explicit
Before a task moves from writing to design or from editing to approval, link the latest file and describe what happens next. Avoid a status called done when another person is still waiting for input.
Finish with a useful recap
At the end of each project, review what caused delays and what made delivery easier. Bring the lesson into your next plan.
