2. How to close and cancel your account
You can initiate account closure directly through the Privacy Centre. From there, you can export your workspace data, withdraw consent, or request permanent account deletion. Please review the data deletion information for details regarding identity verification, processing schedules, and retention policies.
3. Effect of cancellation
Upon requesting account cancellation and erasure, access to your workspace is promptly disabled. Active personal data and workspace content are queued for permanent deletion in accordance with our standard cleanup timelines, subject only to statutory legal retention requirements.
